This role requires a “hands-on” Chef de Cuisine to assist in the ongoing management of the kitchen and be in charge of the day to day operations. This is an ideal opportunity for an Executive Sous Chef or Sous Chef specializing in Italian cuisine looking to lead their first kitchen brigade.
• Currently Head Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Sous Chef in an Italian Restaurant
• Minimum 3-5 years with international well-known hotel brand
• Experience working in the Middle East and Africa preferred
• Culinary School Graduate or similar certification preferred
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory, Italian is optional
