Salary Review is compiled from different sources, one
of which is the thousands of resumes received monthly
by Renard. Executives confirm in writing, his/her current
salary and desired salary, as well as location and position
preferred.
We also take into consideration the salary information given
to us by our clients when they retain us on job searches.
This past year Renard International Hospitality Search Consultants
worked on assignments in over 50 countries.
Another source of information is our salary survey, which
we send to almost 1,000 hotel and food service executives
worldwide. The information they give us on their company's
current salary programs, as well as what they believe
the fair income should be, is also compiled and reflected
in our study.
