SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS - Report to CEO Here are some key candidate attributes: - Previous experience of at least 5-10 years as a Director of Operations or similar position with an upscale, high volume restaurant is essential. - Multiple store or outlet responsibility is a must - Restaurant opening and or designing experience is an asset - Excellent attention to detail, meticulous and strategic thinker - Successful problem solver Roll-up your sleeves attitude - Track history managing and improving quality and standards - Confident and dynamic personality not intimidated - Ability to handle pressure in a fast paced environment - Ability to meet deadlines to achieve goals - Strong time management and organizational skills - High level skills in finance and costs controls - Very strong leadership skills Excellent Salary $150,000-$190,000 USD gross based upon experience, plus incentive plan and benefits Only Applicants who can legally work in the United States will be considered.
