International Hotel Brand in Nassau, Bahamas requires a Senior Sous Chef for their Mediterranean Restaurant and Bar. Reporting to the Restaurant Chef, you will oversee the multi-cultural kitchen brigade in food preparation and ongoing operations of the kitchen that produces over 300 high quality covers a night. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional Chef with a solid culinary background and the passion for quality and excellence. Mandatory Requirements: . Must have a College Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent work experience . Minimum 5 years management experience in high end operations with revenues US$8 Million+ . Must have HACCP experience and solid sustainability practices . ***Must have experience in a US major city trend setting restaurant *** . ***Must have knowledge of current culinary trends and dietary requirements*** . Must be computer literate . Must be fluent in English This position offers USD $60,000+ based on experience, plus $2,000 monthly housing allowance, annual vacation and benefits package.
