Our client, an international hotel group with hotels in Caribbean Island/North/Central America requires a Senior Director of Food & Beverage, Corporate Resort Operations that must speak fluent Spanish and has worked internationally in the following areas listed above. The major functions of this position require the successful individual to be a seasoned professional within the food and beverage sector of the hospitality industry, with ideally a minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in major resort operations. The ideal candidate will have a variety of experiences, which include experience in multi-faceted hotel or restaurant food and beverage operations. The individual should be practical, creative, a good motivator & team leader, someone that keeps himself updated about emerging cuisines. Should be a good communicator and willing to travel quite frequently to visit F&B operations. Must be able to formulate concept designs for restaurants, assist in planning kitchen set ups, have a very high and uncompromising standard of service and product quality. His/her chief responsibility would be to be based in one of the Caribbean island and will oversee the Food & Beverage operations of a great number of resorts with in this internationally branded organization and will report directly to the President. Requirements: . Equivalent experience with 10 years of senior F&B leadership experience. . Preference is for candidates with international hospitality exposure and background of managing multi outlet food and beverage operations. . A global perspective with in depth knowledge of resort/hotel operations, and more importantly F&B service, kitchens and operations.."Some one that has been around and knows new F&B and restaurant concepts". . Possess experience in leading strategic planning and project management, ability to drive change and meaningful innovation. . Possess degree in Hotel Management, Business degree/diploma. . Responsible in leading F&B concept development, standards, and processes to develop signature food and beverage experiences to drive highest F&B margins, quality services and maximum revenue. . In partnership and oversee divisional food and beverage teams like Directors of Food and Beverage, Executive Chefs that operate many large scale up market and branded restaurants, bars, entertainment and banqueting facilities) develops common metrics and performance tools, identifies best practices and share within the Group.
