International Hotel Brand in Congo requires a Restaurant Manager for its All Day Restaurant. Key Responsibilities: . Scheduling, training and development of employees . Demonstrate and provide quality service and efficiency . Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are adhered to . Participate in menu design and tastings . Be familiar with the local restaurant scene . Knowledgeable in the operation of POS system . Produce reports and analysis of the restaurant productivity . Ensure cost efficiency and sustainability practices . Prepare budgets and maintain food and labour cost controls . Support activities and cooperation with the suppliers . Handle guest enquiries and comments The ideal candidate will be a hands on professional with a solid food & beverage background, eager to train, motivate, and lead by example. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with a college or university diploma in food & beverage management. Must also be computer literate with effective communication skills, and fluent in English (business). Compensation Package: Salary $3000 net/month or negotiable based on experience plus food and telephone allowance, furnished one room apartment on premises and international medical coverage excluding dental.
