*Asian experience, especially Hong Kong work history is our client's preference* We are seeking a Regional VP Relationship Marketing Services for our client, one of the world's leading Hospitality Representative companies who offers outsourced marketing and training programs to hotels, clubs and resorts throughout the world and has a long and successful history in the hospitality industry. They currently have worldwide contracts with some of the largest luxury hospitality groups. The industries that this company serves include; hotel, restaurant, spa, aviation, cruise line, luxury residential, private clubs, city clubs, country clubs, hospitals, assisted living, private medical, medical tourism, stadiums, arenas, convention centers, office services, retail, and government. Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Executive Vice President, the Regional VP Relationship Marketing will manage the two Vice Presidents and work closely with all other Global VPs Operations to ensure that the current and future clients' needs and expectations are met and exceeded. This individual will establish and grow revenue, including in-person and online training, custom standards development, quality assessments and other custom consulting products and services. Responsibilities: - Introduce, market, manage and establish the company's services to the region and corporate office executives. Serve as the company's "Asian Global Ambassador" for the Asia Pacific region of client and prospects. - Create new and manage the existing network of existing and prospective clients. - Solicit clients and prospects to generate revenue to meet and exceed revenue targets. Aggressively signing new engagements. - Thoroughly understand the hospitality and various services industries and defining the benefits of all facets of the company's products and services when bringing new clients aboard. - Managing industry client relationships to ensure ongoing commitment, confidence and satisfaction. Qualifications: - Excellent relationship management skills with a proven record of strong client relationship building. - Well-spoken, professional and clear communicator. - Well-groomed with an extremely professional appearance. - Polished, sharp, and refined presentation skills. - Excellent writing skills. - Proactive, self-motivated, insightful, independent thinker, highly efficient, and strong attention to detail. - Strong working knowledge of financials and revenue management as well as revenue maximization and utilization. - Easily adaptable to changing priorities. - Strong organizational skills and adept at multi-tasking. - Inspirational leader and motivator. - Proficiency in other non-English languages a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
