Our client, a well- established restaurant group that has numerous restaurants throughout Hong Kong, requires the talents of an excellent Operations Manager/Director for their restaurants in Hong Kong. The successful candidate must effectively manage people, as well as sales, profits and have experience handling employee related issues for their 3 restaurants in the city. PROFILE: . Strong Leader and will work well under pressure . Customer focus and result oriented . Must have multiple location experience . Must have outstanding theme concepts background . Strong supervisory and team building skills and demonstrated ability to provide leadership that motivates and promote team building and creates a positive working environment/working culture. JOB DESCRIPTION . Prepares and implements financial, marketing, advertising and sales projections for 3 locations . Identify and develop ways to maximize revenue of all outlets in Hong Kong . Train team members to follow Service Standard objectives and ensure Guest Satisfaction is met . Responsible for hiring, training, evaluating and mentoring their team COMPENSATION: This growing restaurant company will offer a base salary from $80,000USD to $108,000USD taxable, paid in local HKD. Quarterly bonuses that are based on a percentage of the restaurants' sales. Full company medical plan coverage, flight to Hong Kong, annual flights back to country of origin after first year of employment. Note: No accommodation allowance will be offered by this company.
