We have been retained by our client a highly respected, award winning, Restaurant & Catering Hospitality Group considered one of the best in the Middle East searching for an Indian Head Chef. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working within a F&B portfolio of large restaurants and large catering venues. Able to work with the Restaurant Director and General Manager to provide traditional Indian dishes as well as creative European or American casual, hip trendy dining options. Important Requirements: . You must have extensive experience in same or similar role within the Middle East with a well-known recognized hospitality organization or Hotel. . Must be able to manage a brigade of 18 chefs. . Highly service oriented in multi-cultural environments. . First-class people management skills across multiple jurisdictions. . Must be able to work minimum 10 hours daily/6 days per week. . Knowledge of multi-brand European, or American restaurant concepts a plus. .
