American) is preferred** Our client, an established group in the Qatar who owns and operates a luxury 5 star hotel and serviced residences seeks a General Manager for their luxury 300+ serviced residences in Doha. As a General Manager, you will oversee a large property that offers a wide range of facilities and personalized service for business and leisure travelers. Only those with Sales track with branded properties will be considered. It is mandatory for you to have a proven track record with an international well-known brand, be highly customer-orientated, with the ability to lead and motivate their team, and must have outstanding references from a luxury hotel group. Client's preferences: You are an individual with a proven track record in creating commercial success. Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in a commercialized reputable hotel. Demonstrate leadership and innovation within the luxury hotel industry. Proven skills in strategic thinking and planning within the luxury hotel industry is required. An 'Executive Team leader and mentor, who is highly committed and results orientated. Demonstrate strong commitment to exceptional service delivery. Highly effective interpersonal and management communication skills. The individual should also have the ability to implement company policies and procedures that will meet or exceed owner and management expectations.
