Head of Sales (Latin America) We are looking for a Head of Sales in Brazil for a large Hospitality Accommodation Provider. He/she will be responsible for determining and carrying out a strategic plan through overseeing sales, developing functional roles and assigning responsibilities to the Sales Team for Latin America and be based in Brazil. Specific Duties: . Assisting CCO in planning and implementing short term and long-term sales strategies to achieve sales goals in Latin America . Responsible for reporting the goals and accomplishments of their respective business areas. . Oversee the job performance of sales team/head within the company. . Have executive-level responsibilities such as developing corporate policy, communicating their expectations and the organization's mission to their team. . Representing company at conferences, trade fairs and networking events . Maximizing new business development opportunities . Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities. . Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly . Manage trade relationship. . Assigning targets and responsibilities to Sales Team, monitoring performance and appraising job results. . Keep management informed by preparing analytical reports, summarizing information and identifying trends Knowledge & Skills Education: Master's degree or minimum 15-20 years relevant sales experience in Travel Industry with a proven track record. Ability to influence key interfaces, plan strategies and determination to put plans into action Specific skills & competencies . Business Acumen. . Team Leader .
