Head of Revenue/VP Revenue, North America, International. Hotel Co. **Must be an American citizen or have a valid US work permit** A leading global hotel company with hotels from Europe to Asia, USA and the Middle East seeks an experienced Head of Revenue/VP Revenue who will be responsible for the group's North American region's Hotels, approximately over 25 properties from California to NY. The Head of Revenue must possess a Business, Statistical Analysis or Hotel Management degree preferred. A minimum of 8-10 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous hotel (property level) revenue management plus 3 years (multiple property) leadership experience. Reporting to the Area President, North America, you will strategically coordinate the revenue management processes and procedures for all hotels in the region to maximize each hotel's revenue. You must be able to lead the revenue management teams in ensuring group and transient inventory controls are optimized, by developing monitoring and adjusting sales and pricing strategies, analyzing demand factors, forecasting, competitive analysis and maintaining distribution channel data integrity. The Head of Revenue will give direction and guidance to the Hotel Revenue Managers to ensure revenue teams and hotels in the region are exercising best in class revenue management techniques based on market analysis. As the Head of Revenue, your personality is that of a team player, self starter, you have great attention to detail, able to work on your own and organized. Knowledge of Opera PMS, Ideas Yield Management, Delphi Sales & Catering systems is an asset.
