Head Chef (Peruvian Restaurant) - Indian Ocean Our client, a five star international luxury hotel group, urgently seeks an experienced Head Chef for their fine dining Peruvian restaurant providing Nikkei delights as well. The chef must have experience and come from top Peruvian restaurants to oversee the culinary operations of this restaurant located in the Indian Ocean. He/she must also be able to innovate and create in order to please discerning guests paying top dollar. Candidates must possesses fine dining experience and demonstrate a creative flair in their culinary work showcasing a good all round exposure to all types of Latin and Japanese cuisine. Qualifications: . Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution . Minimum 5 years of combined kitchen/culinary experience. . Minimum 4 years' experience in a management position in a top Peruvian Restaurant. Preferred candidates should travel single status. Looking for a dynamic, young, independent and hands-on chef who seek a challenge in new up and coming Peruvian Restaurant in exclusive new luxury resort. Compensation package: Salary is commensurate with experience - Base Salary USD 4000 net tax free per month plus bonus as per company policy plus accommodation is provided at resort US$500 service charge plus 2 R&Rs (Rest and Recovery of one week each at USD $800 value for each R&R); Medical benefits and all other usual ex-patriate benefits.
