General Manager - Japenese Contemporary Style Restaurant One of the largest and fastest growing lifestyle hospitality groups, seeks a General Manager for their free standing Japanese Contemporary style Restaurant in Nassau, Bahamas. Our client is looking to hire a seasoned General Manager who will report to the VP of Restaurants. You will be required to train and develop staff to ensure efficiency and excellence at all times. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a solid food & beverage background with a speciality in Japanese Restaurants and cuisine. Mandatory Requirements: . Must have a College or University Degree in Food and Beverage or Hotel Management . Minimum 5 years management experience in Food and Beverage operations with revenues exceeding US$8 Million . Must have experience with revenue management and reservation systems . ***Previous experience in Japanese style upscale, trend setting restaurants with established and influential clientele*** . Must be computer literate with effective communication skills . Must have excellent written and spoken English business skills This position offers USD $75,000+ based on experience, bonus incentive plan plus $2,500 monthly housing allowance, annual vacation and benefits package.
