Our client is a leading global hospitality company. So, they are looking for a well-established Hotel General Manager from a major luxury brand, with California experience. The General Manager will be responsible for the operations and overall success of this property. He/she must be able to exceed planned objectives for revenue and profit, and ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality. Your role is to achieve a superior guest service and product quality, as well as provide exemplary performance for staff to follow. The best person for this role will be a leader who is very hands on, with an active on-site management style, good relationship building skills and great references from previous employers. Important Requirements: Working experience in USA and Internationally, is one of the top requirements! Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury brands as General Manager. You must have the ability to work under pressure, as Italy is very competitive and therefore, you must be very sales, marketing and revenue driven. Very proactive, visible in the hotel, and enjoy working with an educated owner. Must lead by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm. Achieve budgeted revenue and profit goals, balancing cost. Comply with all corporate accounting procedures. Meet or exceeds budgeted profit and margin for hotels.
