So, they are looking for a well-established Hotel General Manager from a major luxury brand, with US experience. The General Manager will be responsible for the operations and overall success of this property. He/she must be able to exceed planned objectives for revenue and profit, and ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality. Your role is to achieve a superior guest service and product quality, as well as provide exemplary performance for staff to follow. The best person for this role will be a leader who is very hands on, with an active on-site management style, good relationship building skills and great references from previous employers. Important Requirements: Working experience in USA and Internationally, is one of the top requirements! Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury brands as General Manager. Very proactive, visible in the hotel, and enjoy working with the onwers. Must lead by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm. Achieve budgeted revenue and profit goals, balancing cost. Comply with all corporate accounting procedures. Meet or exceeds budgeted profit and margin for hotels.
