Executive Sous Chef For a 200 Rooms busy 5 star hotel having 1 restaurant, 1 bar, IRD and small banqueting. Candidate should be an expert and experienced in European Cuisine and able to lead a team of young chefs in the Kitchen. Minimum 5 years experience as Exec. / Sous Chef in a 5 Star Hotel in Britain, Europe, Middle East, Canada and USA. Single Candidate preffered but not mandatory. salary USD 48,000 net plus bonus and full expat benefits.- No schooling.
