Experienced Executive Chef Instructor required by female-only culinary campus, part of the largest most innovative hospitality institute in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and leading hotel management institute in the Middle East. The Executive Chef Instructor will oversee the culinary operations, teaching and training of the female-only culinary campus. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Executive Chef, highly ambitious, creative, strong in brand standard maintenance, great team leader and relentless in the pursuit of success. The Executive Chef Instructor will have comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and presentation. Responsibilities include: - Delivering exceptional cooking classes, culinary education and training while ensuring culinary brand standards are being met; - Lead, train, motivate and mentor all culinary students; - Ensure effective connections between kitchen and table service both in planned layout and in the operations; - Manage the culinary team, set sous chef and other culinary staff hiring standards, nurture excellent talent; - Achieve measurable operational KPIs for profit, quality and guest satisfaction and ensure their achievement; and - Assist in promoting the brand and action plan for culinary excellence. Salary is USD $50K-54K (tax-free) or negotiable based on experience, accommodation allowance (single or family), transportation allowance, medical plus 30 days annual vacation.
