Executive Chef Our client a beautiful rustic Lodge about 100 kms. from Sudbury Ontario Canada requires an excellent Executive Chef for their new fine dining steak house restaurant. Nestled in the heart of Ontario's wilderness, this full service Resort offers a unique experience for those who desire exploration and retreat. The primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the new fine dining Steak Restaurant/ Conference and Events Centre on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, energetic, keen, personable and self- motivated who excels in service, strives for excellence and is very food and labor cost driven. You must also process excellent leadership and training skills, and must be a hands-on chef. We are searching for someone that is a career minded individual and can take complete ownership and accountability of all daily planning and preparation. Our client is keenly interested in identifying an individual that will totally focus on producing outstanding cuisine to its guests. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef with a proven background and possess the knowledge and expertise in the finer aspects of food service. Compensation: $60,000.00 per year. FULL TIME, Single Status. Accommodation on-site, Bonus plus other benefits.
