Dy. Director of Front of the House : Under the direction of the Director of Front of House, and within the limits of Rooms policies and procedures to assist in achieving the goals and targets set in budgets by maximising RevPAR/Occupancy/Average Room Rate, by maintaining as well as by building on the reputation of the hotel and by ensuring that business objectives are accomplished. To assist the Director of Front of House in the management of Front Office, Guest Relations and Concierge and deputise for him in his absence. To oversee and direct all relevant Front of House/Rooms (FO, GR, Concierge, Telecom) departments supervising the team and ensuring that guest needs are met to the high standard required by the company and expectations are exceeded. To ensure that the standards of the division meet and exceed the quality standards set.
