A superior 5* resort/hotel in Bali seeks a solid hands-on Director of Food & Beverage to take charge of their award winning specialty restaurants and Food & Beverage functions. As this resort is considered as "the best" not only in its region, but also in the world, our client is very "particular" about their requirements and will only consider those who have been trained and have worked in similar luxury hotels or recognized independent restaurant brands. The successful candidate will assist in planning and managing the operations of the Food and Beverage divisions to achieve customer (guest, employees, owners, and brand) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals. SE Asia experience is mandatory for this role and International exposure will be a plus! You must fulfill the below "mandatory" requirements to qualify for this role: Food & Beverage education and training in a recognized institute. Extensive experience in Michelin Star or equivalent recognized restaurant bands. SE Asia and International work experience in luxury resorts is a must. More than 6 years of working experience in a senior Food & Beverage role in a 5-star luxury brand Hotel will be preferred.. Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the Food & Beverage/Hospitality profession. This includes the knowledge required for management of people, complex problems and food and beverage management. Assist in developing the budget, marketing plans and objectives, and manages within those approved plans. Excellent Salary + expat benefits.
