Banquet Manager We have been retained by our client a highly respected, award winning, Restaurant & Catering Hospitality Group, considered one of the best in the Middle East who is searching for an outstanding Banquet Manager. The ideal candidate must be a strong hands-on Food & Beverage professional who can take full responsibility for an upscale Banquet Hall with seating capacity of up to 1000 guests. Banquet Manager will be able to manage a front of house team ranging from 30-60 multi-national staff members. This position reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage, General Manger and the COO. Important Requirements: . European national with experience in large scale banquet halls, preferably in the Middle East. . Strong financial and business development capabilities . Highly service oriented in multi-cultural environments. . First-class people management skills across multiple jurisdictions. . Strong FB background in banquets and catering. . Arabic language a plus but not mandatory Single Status Only. Must have Middle Eastern experience in same or similar capacity. Salary up to $56,000 USD NET year, housing, transportation allowance, annual air ticket, healthcare coverage. Must be able to work a 6 day work week.
