OpportunityAssistant Director of Beverage

One of the largest and fastest growing lifestyle hospitality groups, recognized globally for their outstanding properties worldwide including hotels, residences, restaurants and nightclubs, seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Beverage for their luxury resort property in Nassau, Bahamas. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional experienced in all aspects of Beverage Operations. Must be creative, know how to set Beverage standards and compliance and be able to train and mentor staff for success. Must have experience overseeing multiple outlets. Previous experience working in upscale US and/or Caribbean resorts and have a solid background in beverages to include new and exciting bar recipes, supplier and vendor relationships and facilitation of training to large bar teams. Mandatory Requirements: . Minimum 3 years experience in same or similar role. . ***Must have experience in Luxury US or Caribbean Resorts*** . Must be computer literate with effective communication skills . Must have excellent written and spoken English business skills This position offers US$65,000+ based on experience, bonus, plus monthly housing allowance, annual vacation and benefits package.
