Asian Sous Chef, with Chinese cuisine experience - French Polynesia A beautiful 5* resort in Bora Bora seeks a talented Asian Sous Chef. You must have experience in Wok and Teppanyaki cuisine. Chinese cuisine experience is important for this role. You will lead a team of 3 Chef de Partie. This restaurant serves dinner only for 5 days a week. Annual Salary is approx. US$34,000 (before tax) plus free accommodation and airfare, etc.
