Chef de Cuisine specializing in Russian Modern Cuisine is required for a prestigious Hotel Restaurant in Russia.

This is a leadership role for a modern and talented Chef de Cuisine interested in career development with growth opportunity, current with today’s global food trends and its nutritional requirements. The Chef de Cuisine must specialize in Russian Modern Cuisine to maintain the reputation, high level of service and food quality for the Hotel Restaurant, Bar and In Room Dining.

The Chef de Cuisine must also be good in people management to successfully lead, train and manage a kitchen brigade of 15 Russian speaking chefs and cooks while closely collaborating with the Banqueting and Pastry Departments. He/ She will make key decisions regarding the restaurant’s menu items and seasonal offerings in consultation with the Executive Chef, and balance ingredient quality with costs and concerns for the restaurant’s profitability.

The Chef de Cuisine will prepare safety and cleanliness guidelines for the kitchen brigade and ensure they adhere to the company’s standards of professionalism.

Compensation is approx US$50,000 (including housing) and medical package is provided.
